  1. Terms

    By accessing the website at https://drivetrainhub.com and all of its subdomains, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  2. User License

    1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Drivetrain Hub LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Drivetrain Hub LLC's website;

  3. Subscriptions

    1. Drivetrain Hub LLC offers subscription services that require a subscription to use. Accounts with user memberships are provided as subscriptions. Subscriptions, when specified, require payments at a specified interval to remain active.
    2. Web services, comprised of certain website data and materials, are restricted to be accessible only with a subscription. The customer has a right to receive the service provided by a subscription as long as the subscription is active. Customer access to a service is not guaranteed at all times. Drivetrain Hub LLC reserves the right to terminate a subscription or remove a service at any time and without notice.
    3. Billing
      1. Subscriptions are subject to billing with payment required.
      2. Billing cycle for subscriptions starts on the first day of each month.
      3. Invoices are sent electronically to the email address specified in the account profile.
      4. Each invoice is a request for payment for all subscriptions registered to an account. Subscription costs for all users of an account are lumped into a single invoice and must be paid together.
      5. All terms and conditions specified on each invoice, such as payment deadlines, must be adhered to keep an account and its users active.
    4. Activation
      1. On activation of a subscription, you agree to pay the invoice for the existing selection of user memberships.
      2. All subscription activations are prorated for the current billing cycle.
      3. User memberships, user roles, and user activation state can be set prior to activating an account. It is the responsibility of the account admin user(s) to configure its users prior to activation and subsequent billing.
    5. Deactivation
      1. Deactivation of a subscription can be performed by designated admin users of an account. Drivetrain Hub LLC also reserves the right to deactivate accounts without notice.
      2. Deactivation of a subscription does not entitle an account or user to a refund. Drivetrain Hub LLC has a non-refundable policy for all paid subscriptions.
      3. Deactivated subscriptions result in immediate loss of access to all relevant subscription services. This security policy is to prevent unintended access by deactivated users.

  4. Usage Requirements

    Usage requirements are imposed on our Consultant Match service as described in this section.

    1. Intent of use
      1. Clients and consultants agree to use the Consultant Match service as it is intended and described by Drivetrain Hub LLC, including the selection of a winning proposal for a client project.
      2. By using the Consultant Match service to any degree, you are agreeing not to bypass the web service after successfully identifying any consultant for a client project.
    2. Proposal pricing
      1. Users of a consultancy agree to correctly and accurately specify the project total price for every proposal they upload to the Consultant Match service.
      2. Project total price must include the pricing of all project deliverables.
      3. Dishonest or manipulative practices can result in being banned from the use of Consultant Match and other services offered by Drivetrain Hub LLC.
    3. Proposal selection
      1. A client is obligated to select a winning consultant proposal within the Consultant Match service if the client project intends to proceed with said consultant and proposed deliverables.
    4. Project cancellation
      1. The action of cancellation is intended for client projects that have not received an appropriately matched consultant or the scope of the project does not intend to continue.
      2. By cancelling a client project, you agree the project scope will not continue outside of the Consultant Match service with any matched consultant.
    5. Permissions granted
      1. A consultant applicant of the Consultant Match service grants permission to Drivetrain Hub LLC to make reference to the consultancy on social media based on the data provided in the consultant application.

  5. Disclaimer

    1. The materials on Drivetrain Hub LLC's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Drivetrain Hub LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
    2. Further, Drivetrain Hub LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

  6. Limitations

    1. In no event shall Drivetrain Hub LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Drivetrain Hub LLC's website, even if Drivetrain Hub LLC or a Drivetrain Hub LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
